A system for hair transplantation comprises a pistol (13) for rapid shooting of hair grafts (6) into skin from an assembling strip (22) with receptacles (3) which have been loaded beforehand with such hair grafts. The system also comprises a means for placing such grafts (6) in receptacles (3) on the assembling strip (22), and said means includes a frame (32, 36) for a piece of skin (16) which has been surgically cut out, a videocamera (17) for detailed viewing of the skin piece (16) as well as a computer for analysis of the video picture and control of a number of motors (27, 23, 29) for moving and adjusting the assembling strip (22) and drill rod (26) for cutting out grafts (6) from the in piece (16). The frame (32; 36) also comprises a cooling device for cooling the skin piece (16).
Système de greffe capillaire comportant un pistolet (13) pour l'injection rapide de greffons pileux (6) dans la peau à partir d'une bande d'assemblage (22) munie de réceptacles (3) chargés à l'avance de ces greffons pileux. Le système comporte également un dispositif servant à placer les greffons (6) dans les réceptacles (3) de la bande d'assemblage (22), et ce dispositif comprend un cadre (32; 36) pour un lambeau de peau (16) découpé par voie chirurgicale, une caméra vidéo (17) permettant une visualisation détaillée du lambeau de peau (16), ainsi qu'un ordinateur servant à analyser l'image vidéo et à commander un certain nombre de moteurs (27, 28, 29) d'entraînement et de réglage de la bande d'assemblage (22) et d'une tige (26) servant à découper les greffons (6) dans le lambeau de peau (16).
