The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for manufacturing molten irons. The method for manufacturing molten irons includes providing a mixture containing iron by drying and mixing iron ores and additives; passing the mixture containing iron through one or more successively-connected fluidized beds to convert the mixture into a reducing material that is reduced and calcined; forming a coal packed bed, which is a heat source in which the reducing material has been melted; charging the reducing material to the coal packed bed and supplying reducing gas exhausted from the coal packed bed to the fluidized bed. In the providing a mixture containing iron, exhaust gas exhausted from the fluidized bed is branched to dry at least one of the iron ores and the additives. The apparatus for manufacturing molten irons uses this method for manufacturing molten irons. Through the use of the present invention, at least one of iron ores and additives is dried and conveyed to thereby enhance energy efficiency and minimize the amount of required equipment.
La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de fabrication de fontes liquides. Ledit procédé de fabrication de minerais de fer consiste à obtenir un mélange contenant du fer par séchage et mélange de minerais de fer et d'additifs ; à faire passer le mélange contenant du fer dans un ou plusieurs lits fluidisés reliés les uns aux autres afin de convertir le mélange en un matériau réducteur qui est réduit et calciné ; à former un lit fixe de charbon, lequel est une source de chaleur dans laquelle le matériau réducteur à été fondu ; à charger le matériau réducteur dans le lit fixe de charbon et à alimenter en oxygène le lit fixe de charbon afin de fabriquer de la fonte liquide ; et à amener le gaz réducteur évacué à partir du lit fixe de charbon vers le lit fluidisé. Dans l'obtention d'un mélange contenant du fer, le gaz d'échappement évacué à partir du lit fluidisé est ramifié de manière à sécher les minerais de fer et/ou les additifs. L'appareil de fabrication de fontes liquides fait appel audit procédé pour fabriquer des fontes liquides. De par l'utilisation de la présente invention, les minerais de fer et/ou les additifs sont séchés et acheminés, l'efficacité énergétique étant ainsi améliorée et la quantité d'équipement nécessaire étant ainsi réduite au minimum.
