In order to generate steam in an apparatus for preparing filter coffee, a design is proposed which comprises a water storage container and a device for separating water and steam. A heating element is provided for heating water and for generating steam. The separating device comprises an inlet connected to the outlet of the heating element and an outlet connected to a steam nozzle. The water storage container comprises an inlet connected to a fresh water tank and an outlet connected to the inlet of the heating element. Moreover, a throttle member is provided close to the outlet of the water storage container; the throttle member restricts, during the generation of steam, the amount of water fed to the heating element per unit of time. By means of such a design, dry steam, particularly suitable to prepare a cappuccino beverage, can be generated in a simple manner.
Afin de produire de la vapeur d'eau dans un appareil pour préparer le café filtre, on propose un modèle qui comprend un contenant d'entreposage d'eau et un dispositif pour séparer l'eau et la vapeur d'eau. On fournit un corps de chauffe pour chauffer l'eau et pour produire de la vapeur. Le dispositif de séparation comprend une entrée raccordée à la sortie du corps de chauffe et une sortie raccordée à un bec à vapeur. Le contenant d'entreposage d'eau comprend une entrée raccordée à un réservoir d'eau fraîche et une sortie raccordée à l'entrée du corps de chauffe. De plus, on fournit une soupape à proximité de la sortie du contenant d'entreposage d'eau; la soupape restreint, durant la production de vapeur, la quantité d'eau fournie au corps de chauffe par unité de temps. Grâce à un tel modèle, la vapeur d'eau sèche, qui convient particulièrement bien à la préparation d'un cappucino, peut être produite très simplement.
