An apparatus for supplying food dough is provided. It can be made compact, easily assembled, and easily cleaned. The apparatus includes a hopper (3) for receiving a food dough F, a first cutter (7) for dividing the food dough into dough pieces, a transmitting conveyor (11) for transmitting the dough pieces, a dough feeder (9) for forming a dough sheet from the dough pieces, a feeding conveyor 13 for feeding the dough sheet, a metering conveyor 15 for weighing a part of the dough sheet, and a second cutter 19 for cutting out the part of the dough sheet when the valve measured by the first metering conveyor 15 reaches a predetermined value. The first cutter (7) and the dough feeder (9) are arranged such that when the dough piece is cut out by the first cutter, the lower end falls into an inlet of the dough feeder. The belt of the transmitting conveyor (11) is wound around the uppermost roller (55A) of the dough feeder (9). Also, any one of the hopper (3), the first cutter (7), the feeding conveyor (13), and the metering conveyor (15) can easily be combined and separated from the apparatus.
