7.5 to 25 wt.% of at least one epoxide resin in the form of a dispersion, with respect to the resin solids, 1.5 to 15 wt.% of at least one water-miscible polyamine, 2 to 15 wt.% of at least one chlorinated polyolefin with a degree of chlorination of 15 to 40 wt.%, 0 to less than 5 wt.% of one or more organic solvents, 85 to 35 wt.% of water, and conventional lacquer additives, pigments and/or fillers. The coating agents are suitable for use in processes for coating plastics substrates, in particular polyolefin substrates.
