The fundamental principle of the invention is that when a tool A is removed from a loader and an attachment arrangement 1 that belongs to it, parts of the attachment arrangement 1 are arranged in a position such that the attachment arrangement 1 is automatically placed into a locked position when a tool A is again mounted, or a second tool, when the tool A is placed in the correct position in contact with the attachment arrangement 1. The invention concerns an arrangement (1 ) for a loader that makes it possible to attach a tool (A) to the loader. The arrangement (1) comprises a locking arrangement (9) for determining the position of the tool (A) and locking it to the arrangement (1 ) in this position, and a safety arrangement (14) that ensures that the locking arrangement (9) takes up its locking position only when a tool (A) is correctly arranged at the attachment arrangement (1). The arrangement (1 ) is characterised by a part (17) that functions independently of the locking arrangement (14) and that can retain the locking arrangement (9) in an open position that does not perform the locking function, and a releasing part (18) that releases the locking arrangement (9) from the retaining part (17). The invention concerns also a method to be used when a tool (A) is to be removed from a loader in which the loader comprises an arrangement (1) according to the invention and a method to be used when a tool (A) is to be attached to a loader in which the loader comprises an arrangement (1 ) according to the invention.
Le principe fodamental de l'invention est que, lorsqu'un outil (A) est retiré d'un chargeur et d'un dispositif de fixation (1) associé au chargeur, des pièces du dispositif de fixation (1) sont placées dans une position telle que le dispositif de fixation (1) se trouve automatiquement dans une position verrouillée lorsque l'outil (A) est réinstallé, ou lorsq'un second outil est installé après mise en place correcte de l'outil (A) dans la position où il es ten contact avec le dispositif de fixation (1). On décrit un dispositif (1) destiné à un chargeur, qui permet de fixer un outil (A) au chargeur. Le dispositif (1) comprend: un mécanisme de verrouillage (9) qui permet de déterminer la position de l'outil (A) et de verrouiller celui-ci au dispositif (1) dans cette position; et un dispositif de sécurité (14) qui assure que le mécanisme de verrouillage (9) adopte sa position de verrouillage uniquement lorsqu'un outil (A) est correctement fixé au dispositif de fixation (1). Le dispositif (1) est caractérisé par une pièce (17) qui fonctionne indépendamment du dispositif de sécurité (14) et peut maintenir le mécanisme de verrouillage (9) dans une position ouverte où la fonction de verrouillage n'est pas active, et par une pièce de dégagement (18) qui libère le mécanisme de verrouillage (9) de la pièce de rétention (17). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé qu'on met en oeuvre lorsqu'un outil (A) doit être retiré d'un chargeur équipé d'un dispositif (1) de l'invention, et un procédé qu'on met en oeuvre lorsqu'un outil (A) doit être fixé à un chargeur équipé d'un dispositif (1) de l'invention.
