This invention is an assembly for prevention of urinary incontinence, the assembly comprising an applicator (4), and an elastomer body (2). The applicator (4) is adapted to position the elastomer body (2) in the urethra of a human, includes a support portion (10) for retaining the elastomer body (2), and a manipulable portion (12) for positioning the elastomer body (2) in the urethra. A urethral plug assembly (300) having an anchoring member (307) defining an aperture (309), and having adhesive (311) thereon, wherein the adhesive (311) anchors the anchoring member (307) to tissue surrounding the meatus urinary.
L'invention est un ensemble destiné à la prévention de l'incontinence urinaire, l'ensemble copmprenant un applicateur (4), et un corps élastomère (2). L'applicateur (2) est adapté pour positionner le corps élastomère (2) dans l'urètre d'un individu, il comprend une partie de support (10) destinée à retenir ledit corps élastomère (2), ainsi qu'une partie manipulable (12) destinée au positionnement dudit corps élastomère (2) dans l'urètre. Un ensemble obturateur urétral (300) présente un élément d'encrage (307) définissant une ouverture (309) et est recouvert d'un adhésif (311), ledit adhésif (311) ancre l'élément d'ancrage (307) au tissu entourant le méat urinaire.
