A hairdryer accessory (8), to be mounted on that tubular part (4) of the hairdryer from which a continuous air flow emerges, comprises a hollow body (10) to be mounted on at least a portion (6) of the tubular or delivery part (4) of the hairdryer, said body (10) having an end portion (12) through which the air flow emerges. At least said end portion (12) is of a flexible material enabling it to be folded back onto the tubular part (4) of the hairdryer (i) in order to modify the exit cross-section for said air flow.
