An automated method for rapidly performing multiple immunoassays by different membrane-EIA test kits combination in one operation. The method involved obtaining a fluid sample which contains the analytes of interest; supplying membrane-EIA test kit which is capable of assaying at least two analytes of interest; preparing different membrane-EIA kit combinations for assaying; adding, diluting and mixing up the fluid sample and necessary reagents to each kit of combinations by an automated liquid handling system; waiting for a sufficient reaction interval, introducing reacted kits into a couple-charged device by an automated conveyer system and taking the image results, processing and analysing data and printing results, and finally discarding the used membrane-EIA test kits into garbage box.
