Disclosed is an elastic massage device mainly including a saucer-shaped disc member defining a recess at one side surface thereof, a dome-shaped elastic element having a plurality of round holes spread thereon and being set in the recess of the disc member, and a plurality of ball- headed massaging elements inserted in the round holes on the elastic element. The massaging element each has a narrowed rear fixing neck portion formed with an annular groove for firmly engaging with one of the round holes on the elastic element, such that each ball head of the massaging element projected from the elastic element is allowed to twist, turn or incline while the saucer-shaped disc member is moved around on different body areas. The elastic element functions like a buffer to lessen an impact of the massaging force on body areas.
