An ice safety walking aide device with retractable spikes, this device to be attached beneath the arch of a boot bottom, to help prevent accident on slippery surfaces, example freezing rain and other icy conditions, said device including spikes securely concealed inside said device, which can easily protrude to contact a slippery surface whenever attached to a boot bottom, and further automatically retracts when not attached. Solid side barriers prevents slipping and twisting, a strap with quick releasable buckle can secure the device to a person's boot. The safety walking aide device is sturdy, convenient and is capable to prevent many accidents onto side walks, parking lots and other slippery areas onto thick and thin ice.
