The immune fibre-optical sensor system includes signal receptor, energy converter, signal detector and signal processing. An immunochromatography assay or an immunofiltration assay are used in the signal receptor which coated by nano-particles fabled with fluorescein. Fibre-optical sensor is used as energy converter which convert the intensity of fluorescein to voltage. An embedded real-time microcontroller system isan center processor which process all data. With measuring the intensity of fluorescein, the expected measurement is done.
