An implant element for permanent anchorage in bone tissue in which at least the surface is intended to face the tissue in the implantation region. The element is made of titanium with a titanium oxide surface which has been modified by anodization to acquire an oxide thickness of approximately 10-200 nm. Also acquired are an increased surface oxide crystallinity and a roughness on the submicrometer scale in order to provide a high degree of bone-to- implant contact.

L'invention concerne un élément implant destiné à un ancrage permanent dans le tissu osseux et dont au moins la surface est destinée à faire face au tissu dans la zone d'implantation. Cet élément est réalisé en titane, une couche d'oxyde de titane ayant été modifiée par anodisation pour que l'épaisseur d'oxyde atteigne environ 10 à 200 nm. On obtient également une meilleure cristallisation de l'oxyde superficiel et une rugosité d'ordre sub-micrométrique, ce qui donne un contact élevé entre l'os et l'implant.
