A cleaning system for cleaning tubing using cleaning balls 20 circulated with the fluid through tubing 8. The system includes a separator 12 having a perforated funnel, which permits the fluid, but not the cleaning balls 20, to pass through. A housing 21 having an apertured partition 28 is used to divide the housing 21 into a first compartment 19 and a second compartment 27. An entrance 2 of a fluid supply pipe 23 and an exit 3 of a ball supply pipe 24 are formed for creating a difference in pressure to create a suction force to recirculate the cleaning balls 20 from the housing 21 via the ball supply pipe 24, back to the tubing 8 for cleaning the walls of the tubing 8. An entrance 13 of a ball return pipe 17 and an exit 14 of a fluid return pipe 16 are formed for creating a difference in pressure to create a suction force to recirculate the cleaning balls 20 from the separator 12 via the ball return pipe 17, into the housing 21. The operation of the whole cleaning system is controlled via two valves V1 and V2, using the difference in pressure for recirculation of the cleaning balls 20. The operation of the two valves V1 and V2 can be manually operated or means provided to operate them automatically.

La présente invention a trait à un système de nettoyage destiné au nettoyage de tubes au moyens de billes de nettoyage (20) qui sont mises en circulation avec le fluide à travers les tubes (8). Le système comporte un séparateur (12) présentant un entonnoir perforé, qui permet le passage du fluide et non pas des billes de nettoyage (20). Un boîtier (21) comportant une partition munie d'une ouverture (28) est utilisée pour la séparation du boîtier (21) en un premier compartiment (19) et un deuxième compartiment (27). Une entrée (2) de conduite d'alimentation en fluide (23) et une sortie (3) de conduite d'alimentation en billes (24) sont formées permettant la génération d'une pression différentielle en vue de produire une force d'aspiration pour la recirculation des billes de nettoyage (20) depuis le boîtier (21) via la conduite d'alimentation en billes (24) vers les tubes (8) pour le nettoyage des parois des tubes (8). Un entrée (13) de conduite de retour de billes (17) et une sortie (14) de conduite de retour de fluide (16) sont formées permettant la génération d'une pression différentielle en vue de produire une force d'aspiration pour la recirculation des billes de nettoyage (20) depuis le séparateur (12) via la conduite de retour de billes (17), dans le boîtier (21).
