The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for manufacturing molten iron. The method for manufacturing molten iron includes producing a mixture containing iron by drying and mixing iron-containing ore and additives; passing the mixture containing iron through one or more successively-connected fluidized beds so that the mixture is reduced and clacined to thereby perform conversion into a reduced material; forming a coal packed bed, which is a heat source in which the reduced material has been melted; charging the reduced material to the coal packed bed and supplying oxygen to the coal-packed bed to manufacture iron; and supplying reduced gas exhausted from the coal-packed bed to the fluidized bed, wherein in the conversion of the mixture to a reduced material, oxygen is directly supplied and combusted in an area where reduced gas flows to the fluidized bed. The apparatus for manufacturing molten iron of the present invention uses this method for manufacturing molten iron. Through use of the present invention, the reduced gas passing through the fluidized beds may be improved, and cohesion of the iron-containing fine ores may be prevented.
La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé permettant de fabriquer du fer fondu. Ce procédé de fabrication de fer fondu consiste à produire un mélange contenant du fer par séchage et mélange d'un minerai renfermant du fer et d'additifs, à passer ledit mélange contenant du fer à travers un ou plusieurs lits fluidisés reliés successivement, de telle manière que le mélange est réduit et calciné pour permettre sa conversion en une matière réduite, à former un lit fixe de charbon qui constitue une source thermique, dans laquelle la matière réduite a été fondue, à charger ladite matière réduite dans le lit fixe de charbon et à fournir de l'oxygène audit lit fixe de charbon pour fabriquer le fer, et enfin à amener du gaz réduit évacué du lit fixe de charbon jusqu'au lit fluidisé. Lors de la conversion du mélange en une matière réduite, l'oxygène est directement acheminé et brûlé dans une zone où le gaz réduit s'écoule jusqu'au lit fluidisé. Cet appareil de fabrication de fer fondu de ladite invention emploie ce procédé de fabrication de fer fondu. Selon cette invention, le gaz réduit passant à travers les lits fluidisés peut être amélioré et la cohésion des minerais fins contenant du fer peut être prévenue.
