The present invention relates to a system for controlling the cooling of small milk quantities in a cooling tank (4). An agitation pipe (2) extended through a regular milk outlet (26) in a first end wall (6) of said tank is provided, having a nozzle end (32) for introducing incoming/re-circulated milk onto a milk cooling surface (14) at a predetermined position (dp). Said position (dp) being situated (l) between a first end wall (6) and a central part of the tank (4) and laterally displaced (b) relative to the perpendicular central axis of the tank. Said nozzle end (32) is directed towards a second end wall (8) of the tank (4). Agitation is performed by means of said agitation pipe (2) upon demand or when the milk quantity is insufficient for a regular agitator means (27) to work properly.
La présente invention concerne un système de contrôle du refroidissement de petites quantités de lait dans un réservoir de refroidissement (4). Une conduite d'agitation (2) qui traverse un orifice de sortie de lait (26) ordinaire pratiqué dans une première paroi terminale (6) de ce réservoir, a une extrémité à buse (32) permettant de céder le lait entrant/recyclé sur une surface de refroidissement de lait (14) en un point prédéterminé (dp). Ce point prédéterminé se situe (l) entre une première paroi terminale (6) et une partie centrale du réservoir (4), et est latéralement décalé (b) par rapport à l'axe central perpendiculaire du réservoir. Cette extrémité à buse (32) est dirigée vers une deuxième paroi terminale (8) du réservoir (4). L'agitation est réalisée à l'aide de la conduite d'agitation (2) sur demande ou lorsque la quantité de lait est insuffisante pour qu'un moyen d'agitation ordinaire (27) puisse fonctionner correctement.
