This invention relates to improvements in or relating to sleeping bags. More particularly, it relates to a sleeping bag which includes a main body for substantially enclosing the trunk of a user, and at least one body portion attached or attachable to the main body, at least one body portion being adapted to separately enclose substantial portions of other body part(s) of the user. At least one body part portion(s) may be integrally formed with the main body or releasably attachable to same. The provision of the body part portions allows for greater mobility of a user, while still within the sleeping bag.
