The present invention is an improved starting-stopping structure of magnetic braking system, comprising an opening type magnetic disc, a twist spiral spring, two disc arms, four magnets, an elastic force ball device and linkage, wherein the opening and closing of the magnetic disc lead to the magnetic lines of force intervening each other and to the rotating disc stopping operation, and require the operation of a steel wire to actuate operating and braking, which is applied to the vehicle brake and charactrized in no material consumption of loss and need of not replacing the braking lining.
