An improving structure of a waterbed includes a water filling bed mattress, a plurality of transverse partitions, an air bag unit and a bed protecting cover. By installing a plurality of transverse partitions, the vibration of water impact from simultaneously gravitational pressure of the user is relaxed; the stability of the water filling bed mattress can be increased. The high frequency fusion portion of the water filling bed mattress is prevented to be destroyed, thus the water will not leak out. Another, the longitudinal partitions are installed in the medium portion of the water filling bed mattress in order to isolate the transverse vibrations from water in the left and right sides of the bed due to pressure andthe stability of the water filling bed mattress is increased effectively. The longitudinal partitions are formed with the water openings which are not symmetric in the left and right sides for releasing the pressure of the water flow. Moreover, the firmness of the water filling bed mattress can be adjusted by air pressure of the air bag unit so to satisfy the demand of different users.
