The present invention provides a multidi-rectional exerciser for hand, wrist and forearm comprising a handle having an axial opening through which a bolt ex-tends. A spring means is around one end of the bolt dis-posed against an adjustment ring. A resistance knob is mounted on the adjustment ring. A pressure plate is mounted at the opposite end of the handle between the handle and the head of the bolt. A knob is mounted around the pressure plate and clutch disc, mounted for relative ro-tational movement with respect to the handle. The wrists and hands are exercised by holding the handle in one hand and the knob/grip member in the other hand, and repeti-tively twisting the handle and knob/grip member in oppo-site directions. A detachable grip member is mounted over said knob and the detachable grip member further com-prises a gyro ring and a squeeze grip strengthener.
Exerciseur universel multidirectionnel pour l'entraînement de la main, du poignet et de l'avant-bras qui comprend une poignée à passage traversant avec vis. Un moyen à ressort entoure une des extrémités de la vis et porte contre une bague de réglage. Un bouton à résistance est monté sur la bague de réglage. Une plaque de pression est montée sur l'extrémité opposée de la poignée, entre cette dernière et la tête de la vis. Un bouton est monté autour de la plaque de pression et un disque d'embrayage de manière à effectuer un mouvement rotatif relatif par rapport à la poignée. On exerce les poignets et les mains en tenant la poignée dans une main et l'élément bouton/poignée dans l'autre main, et en tournant de manière répétée la poignée et l'élément bouton/poignée en sens opposé. Un élément de préhension détachable est monté sur ledit bouton et comprend une bague tournante et un élément de renforcement par serrage.
