A dough processing machine includes a first conveyor (36) having an inlet end and an outlet end. The first conveyor (36) is disposed to convey dough (44) along a dough travel path (66) in a direction downwardly offset from a generally horizontal line. A cutter (40) is disposed at the outlet end of the first conveyor (36) to cut the dough (44). First and second, generally opposed, movable supports (68, 70) are disposed relative to the dough travel path (66) to support the dough (44) along the dough travel path (66).
