The information server also has a process registry for storing processes to process the document type data. The information server is provided with a document server which selects conversion information corresponding to the document type identifier included in the document, converts the document type identifier into corresponding document type data using the selected conversion information, and then sends the document including the document type data to a registered process which is capable of processing the document type data.
