An infusion device (1) comprising a housing (3) with an upper face plate (4) and a lower face plate (5) and a cannula (6) connected to the lower face plate (5) and through which a liquid is injected into the skin of a user; means for injecting the liquid and an adhesive sheet material (101) placed in connection with the lower face plate (5) and for securing the infusion device (1) to the skin, said adhesive sheet material (101) comprising a backing layer (102) which has, on a portion of one surface, an adhesive layer (103), said adhesive lacer (103) being covered by a removable release liner (104), said sheet and release liner (104) comprising a central aperture (105) through which the cannula (6) may act, and wherein the release liner (104) comprises at least one score line (106), wherein the starting point (107) for the score line (106) for stripping it off the adhesive layer (103) is placed in the periphery (108) of the release liner (104) and wherein the score line (106) is an unbroken line that does not intersect itself and continues to an end point placed on the border of the periphery (110) of the release liner~s central aperture (105). Hereby a release liner (104) is obtained that can be removed in one piece as a strip, thereby reducing the risk of the user handling the product erroneously; and, likewise, little force is needed to remove the strip since, other things being equal, the adhesive force is all that needs to be overcome in the piece of strip which the user is currently in the process of removing.
Un dispositif de perfusion (1) comprend un corps (3) présentant une plaque (4) de face supérieure et une plaque (5) de face inférieure et une canule (6) couplée à la plaque (5) de face inférieure et par laquelle est injecté un liquide dans la peau d'un utilisateur; des moyens prévus pour injecter du liquide et une matière de feuille adhésive (101) placée en liaison avec la plaque (5) de face inférieure, et pour fixer le dispositif de perfusion (1) sur la peau, ladite matière de feuille adhésive (101) comprenant une couche de protection (102) qui comporte, sur une partie d'une surface, une couche adhésive (103) qui est elle-même recouverte d'une couche de libération détachable (104), lesdites feuille et couche de libération (104) comprenant une ouverture centrale (105) à travers laquelle peut agir la canule (6), ladite couche de libération (104) comprenant au moins une ligne de pliage (106). Le point de départ (107) de la ligne de pliage (106) utile pour la détacher de la couche adhésive (103) se trouve placé dans la périphérie (108) de la couche de libération (104), ladite ligne de pliage (106) étant une ligne continue qui ne se recoupe pas et qui continue jusqu'à un point terminal placé sur la limite de la périphérie (110) de l'ouverture centrale (105) de la ligne de libération. On obtient ainsi une couche de libération (104) qui peut être enlevée en une fois sous forme d'une bande continue, ce qui réduit ainsi le risque d'une manipulation erronée de la part de l'utilisateur, et, d'autre part une force peu intense est nécessaire pour enlever la bande étant donné que, toutes choses étant égales, la force adhésive dans la partie de bande est la seule à laquelle est confronté l'utilisateur lorsqu'il est en train de procéder au détachement.
