An injection device for injection of set doses of medicine from a cartridge, in which syringe a dose is set by screwing a nut up along a threaded piston rod, whereby a dose setting drum, which carries on its cylindrical surface along a helix a scale of which a number corresponding to the set dose is shown in a window in the housing of the syringe, and an injection button, which is elevated over the end of the syringe, are moved axially a distance which is larger than the axial movement of the nut. A gear wheel gear transmission is established between the nut and the injection button.

Le dispositif d'injection de cette invention permet d'injecter des doses déterminées de médicament à partir d'une cartouche. On met une dose dans la seringue en vissant un écrou sur une tige de piston filetée dans laquelle un tambour de détermination de dose supporte, sur sa surface cylindrique le long d'une hélice, une graduation dont le chiffre correspondant à la dose apparaît dans une fenêtre du corps de la seringue, et un bouton d'injection, surélevé, placé en bout de la seringue, l'ensemble se déplaçant axialement sur une distance supérieure au déplacement axial de l'écrou. Une transmission par roue dentée est établie entre l'écrou et le bouton d'injection.
