An installation and a method for manufacturing of shaped elements from fibrous waste material, said installation comprising means for mixing a portion of fibrous waste material with at least water and at least one conveyor belt (10) for transporting said mass of waste material and water. A first press (12) for pressing and draining the mass for an amount of surplus water and a second press (14) adapted to co-operate with said conveyor belt (10) for simultaneously pressing and vibrating (15) the mass is provided. The mass is laid on the conveyor belt (10) from a buffer tank (9), and the mass is transported through a parallel nozzle (13) between the two presses (12, 14). Each press comprises a conveyor belt (12a, 16), and rollers (11, 12b) drive each belt.
L'invention concerne une installation et un procédé de fabrication d'éléments façonnés à partir de déchets fibreux, ladite installation comprenant un moyen pour mélanger une partie des déchets fibreux avec au moins de l'eau, et au moins un transporteur à bande (10) pour transporter ladite masse de déchets et l'eau. Une première presse (12) conçue pour comprimer la masse et la débarrasser d'une certaine quantité d'eau excédentaire, et une seconde presse (14) conçue pour coopérer avec ledit transporteur à bande (10) pour comprimer et faibre vibrer simultanément la masse, sont prévues. La masse est envoyée sur le transporteur à bande (10) depuis une cuve de solution tampon (9), après quoi elle est transportée entre les deux presses (12, 14) dans des buses parallèles (13). Chaque presse comprend un transporteur à bande (12a, 16), et des rouleaux (11, 12b) entraînent chaque bande.
