The instant invention is directed to an integrated process for producing a hydroisomerate in the presence of sulfur comprising the steps of (a) separating a natural gas into a first stream comprising a C5+ gas field condensate containing sulfur and a second stream comprising said natural gas having said a C5+ gas field condensate containing sulfur and a second stream comprising said natural gas having said a C5+ gas field condensate removed therefrom; (b) removing sulfur from said second stream; (c) subjecting said second stream to a synthesis gas generation process to produce synthesis gas; (d) subjecting said synthesis gas to a hydrocarbon synthesis process to produce hydrocarbons; (e) hydrotreating and hydroisomerizing said hydrocarbons of step; (d) in the presence of said first stream over a catalyst having an acidic functionality and comprising a Group VIII non-noble metal or tungsten and a hydrocracking suppressant, wherein said hydrocracking suppressant is selected from the group consisting of Group IB metal, sulfur and mixtures thereof, and wherein when said hydrocracking suppressant is sulfur, said acidic functionality is an amorphous refractory oxide.
L'invention concerne un procédé intégré permettant d'obtenir un hydroisomérat en présence de soufre consistant à a) séparer un gaz naturel en un premier flux comprenant un condensat de champ de gaz naturel C5+ contenant du soufre et en un second flux comprenant ledit gaz naturel exempt du condensat de champ de gaz naturel C5+, b) à éliminer le soufre dudit second flux, c) à soumettre ce second flux à un processus de génération de gaz de synthèse afin d'obtenir un gaz de synthèse, d) à soumettre ce gaz de synthèse à un processus de synthèse d'hydrocarbures afin d'obtenir des hydrocarbures, e) à hydrotraiter et hydroisomériser ces hydrocarbures obtenus à l'étape d) en présence dudit premier flux sur un catalyseur présentant une fonctionnalité acide et comprenant un métal non noble du groupe VIII ou un tungstène et un suppresseur d'hydrocraquage. Ce dernier est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué de métal du groupe IB, de soufre et de leurs mélanges. Lorsque ce suppresseur d'hydrocraquage est un soufre, la fonctionnalité acide est un oxyde réfractaire amorphe.
