An intelligent oil smoke exhausting device comprises a sensing circuit, a preprocessing circuit, a microcomputer control circuit, a motor control circuit, a switching circuit, a power source circuit, and a safety protecting circuit. In the sensing circuit, a temperature sensor and a photo sensor serves to detect messages, and then feedback to the microcomputer control circuit so as to adjust the rotary speed of a motor and thus to control single / two motors and perform a manual / auto control mode. Thus, the rotary speed of the motor can be preferred controlled according to the temperature of oil smoke and transparency so as to save power and obtain a preferred smoke exhausting efficiency. Moreover, noise can be reduced.
