Disclosed is an interlayer film made of a composition comprising 100 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or ethylene-(meth)acrylate copolymer, 0.01 to 4 parts by weight of a transparency improvement agent, 0.01 to 4 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent and 1 to 40 parts by weight of a rosin resin or hydrocarbon resin, and laminated glass which uses the interlayer film. The interlayer laminate allows a lamination process at a low temperature without humidity control, autoclave and sacrificing basic character-istics required for laminated glass. Also disclosed is a laminated glass for vehicle side window that may go up and down, comprising an interlayer film interposed between glass plates, the interlayer film being made of a resin containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or an ethylene-(meth)- acrylate copolymer or a modified product thereof as a main component. The laminated glass for vehicle side window absorbs much less moisture than conventional laminated glass and does not cause poor appearance such as whitening at an edge portion.
