An operating device for the bellows of a passenger load-ing bridge includes at least a set of telescopic arms provided on both sides of a portal frame (12). Each arm comprises: an upper arm (31) pivotably attached to the post of the portal frame on one end; a lower arm (32) connected to the other end of the upper arm via a hinge and the other end of the lower arm pivotably attached to the top of a flex-ible frame (11); an actuator (33) controlled by the control system and comprising a telescopic rod (331) and a sleeve body (332) accommo-dating the rod; and an over-pressure protecting device (4). One end of the telescopic rod is hinged to the lower arm, and one end of the sleeve body is hinged to the upper arm. The over-pressure protecting device can damper the force between the bellows and the fuselage, and it is connected to the control system to stop the telescopic rod extending/re-tracting when the force is larger than a determined value. The operating device can realize well sealing with an airplane having significant vary-ing contour. It has simple structure and can prevent the fuselage from deforming and damaging as cracked or crushed by the bellows.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de manuvre de soufflet de passerelle d'embarquement de passagers, comprenant au moins un ensemble de bras télescopiques disposés sur les deux côtés d'un portique (12). Chaque bras comprend : un bras supérieur (31) fixé pivotant sur le montant du portique, à une extrémité ; un bras inférieur (32) relié à l'autre extrémité du bras supérieur par une charnière, l'autre extrémité du bras inférieur étant fixée pivotante sur le sommet d'un cadre flexible (11); un actionneur (33) commandé par le système de commande et comprenant une tige télescopique (331) et un corps de manchon (332) recevant la tige ; et un dispositif anti-surpression (4). Une extrémité de la tige télescopique est articulée avec le bras inférieur et une extrémité du corps de manchon est articulée avec le bras supérieur. Le dispositif anti-surpression permet d'amortir la force entre le soufflet et le fuselage et il est relié au système de commande pour arrêter l'extension/la rétraction de la tige télescopique lorsque la force est supérieure à une valeur prédéterminée. Le dispositif de manuvre selon l'invention permet de réaliser un scellement avec un aéronef présentant un contour complexe. Ce dispositif présente une structure simple et permet d'empêcher les déformations ou les dommages causés au fuselage par le soufflet, tels que les fissures ou les écrasements.
