The system includes a mobile radio terminal (33) to which order information is inputted and which transmits the order information, a POS terminal (32) for storing and managing sales information used in a customer area, an display/input device (34) for displaying the order information and inputting the completion of an ordered dish used in a kitchen area, a printing device (35) for printing a bill charged to a customer used in the kitchen area; a system control device (36) for managing the information on sales and order, a communication control device (39) wired to the system control device (36), radio terminals (41-43) wired to the POS terminal, the display/input device and the printing device, and radio base stations (37, 38) wired to the communication control device and radio-communicating through a full-duplex radio link with the mobile radio terminal and the radio terminals.
La présente invention concerne un système comprenant un terminal radio (33) mobile dans lequel on introduit des informations de commande et qui transmet lesdites informations; un terminal point de vente (POS) (32) permettant de stocker et de gérer des informations de vente utilisées dans une zone client; un dispositif d'entrée/affichage (34) destiné à afficher les informations de commande et à entrer la composition d'un plat commandé utilisé dans une zone de cuisine; un dispositif d'impression destiné à imprimer la facture portée au débit d'un client dans une zone de cuisine; un dispositif de commande (36) de système destiné à gérer les informations sur les ventes et les commandes; un dispositif de commande de communications (39) câblé au dispositif de commande de système; des terminaux radio (41, 43) câblés au terminal POS, au dispositif d'entrée/affichage, au dispositif d'impression; et des stations de base (37, 38) câblées au dispositif de commande de communications radio et communiquant à travers une liaison radio en duplex intégral avec le terminal radio mobile et les terminaux radio.
