An outlet tap assembly (1) for dispensing liquid packaged in flexible packaging bags is provided. The tap assembly comprises a tubular outlet member (2, 32) having a bore (8) therein, a tap (5, 6) at one end for controlling the flow of liquid through the bore, and a spike (3) at the opposite end for penetrating a plastic packaging bag. At least one aperture (4) communicates with the bore towards the inner end to allow liquid to enter from a bag into the bore. An endless clamping surface (11, 31) encircles the outlet member between the aperture and tap and a clamping element (12, 30, 35) having an endless clamping edge or surface (13) is movable axially on the outlet member so as to cooperate with the clamping surface on the outlet member to operatively clamp material of a flexible packaging bag therebetween. The outlet tap assembly has resilient means (16, 21, 26, 29, 33, 36) for urging the clamping element axially into engagement with the clamping surface on the outlet member automatically.
L'invention concerne un ensemble robinet (1) servant à distribuer un liquide contenu dans des sacs d'emballage souples. L'ensemble robinet comprend un élément de sortie tubulaire (2, 32) percé d'un alésage (8), un robinet (5, 6) placé à une extrémité pour réguler le débit du liquide s'écoulant par l'alésage, et un perforateur (3) placé à l'extrémité opposée pour s'enfoncer dans un sac d'emballage plastique. Au moins une ouverture (4) communique avec l'alésage en direction de l'extrémité intérieure pour permettre au liquide de s'écouler dans l'alésage depuis un sac. Une surface de serrage sans fin (11, 31) entoure l'élément de sortie entre l'ouverture et le robinet, et un élément de serrage (12, 30, 35) présentant un bord ou une surface de serrage sans fin (13) peut être déplacé axialement sur l'élément de sortie de façon à coopérer avec la surface de serrage de l'élément de sortie pour serrer de manière fonctionnelle une matière d'un sac d'emballage souple entre eux. L'ensemble robinet comprend des moyens élastiques (16, 21, 26, 29, 33, 36) qui forcent axialement l'élément de serrage à entrer automatiquement en prise avec la surface de serrage de l'élément de sortie.
