A ratchet overrunning clutch comprising a ratchet wheel (1) and a plurality of pawls is disclosed. Each of the pawls is rotationally supported on a disk member (5) by a shaft (3). The clutch is characterized by a permanent magnet (4) being fixed between the axes of the disk member (5) and the shaft (3) on the disk member (5) and facing the tail end of each pawl (2). Because each of the pawls are not driven by a spring in the clutch, the clutch could not be malfunction due to the fatigue failure of the spring in the case of frequent heavy load.

L'invention concerne une roue libre à cliquet se composant d'un rochet (1), d'un cliquet (2) qui est monté de manière mobile sur le disque de support (5) par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre (3) de cliquet. La roue libre de cette invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un aimant permanent, venant entre la ligne axiale séparant le disque de support (5) de l'arbre (3), est monté à demeure sur le disque de support (5) à l'emplacement correspondant à chaque extrémité de cliquet (2). L'absence de ressorts qui servent normalement à mener les cliquets permet de résoudre les problèmes liés à un dysfonctionnement de la roue libre causés par la rupture par fatigue lors de surcharges régulières.
