Analgesics which contain as the active ingredient pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives represented by general formula (1), etc., have an analgetic action and thus are useful in relieving symptoms with pain such as postoperative pain, wherein R11 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, pyridyl, furyl, thienyl, phenyl optionally having lower alkyl or phenylthio as substituent(s), N-(lower alkyl)pyrolyl, or pyrazinyl; R12 represents hydrogen, halogeno, phenyl, phenyl having substituent(s) selected from among halogeno, phenylthio and trifluoromethyl, phenyl having trifluoromethyl and nitro as substituents, or phenyl having lower alkoxy and phenylthio as substituents; R13 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl optionally having oxo, ethylenedioxy, lower alkanoyloxy, lower alkoxy, lower alkylthio, carboxy, halogeno or thienyl as substituent(s), lower alkenyl, cycloakyl, phenyl optionally having one to three substituents selected from among lower alkyl, halogeno and lower alkoxy, furyl, or thienyl; R14 represents hydrogen, carboxy, lower alkoxycarbonyl, nitro, halogeno, or lower alkyl having lower alkoxycarbonyl or an alkali metal carboxylate residue as substituent(s), or alternatively R13 and R14 may be bonded to each other to thereby form lower alkylene; R15 represents hydrogen, alkali metal, lower alkyl, phenyl optionally having one to three substituents selected from among lower alkyl and lower alkoxy, pyridyl optionally having lower alkyl or halogeno as substituent(s), quinolyl or isoquinolyl; and A represents a single bond or lower alkylene.

Ces analgésiques, qui contiennent comme ingrédient actif des dérivés de pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine représentés par la formule générale (1) ci-dessous, présentent une action analgésique et servent donc à soulager des symptôme douloureux tels que des douleurs post-opératoire. Dans ladite formule, R?11¿ représente hydrogène, alkyle inférieur, pyridyle, furyle, thiényle, phényle éventuellement doté d'alkyle inférieur ou de phénylthio comme substituant(s), N-(alkyle inférieur)pyrolyle, ou pyrazinyle; R?12¿ représente hydrogène, halogéno, phényle doté de substituant(s) choisi(s) parmi halogéno, phénylthio et trifluorométhyle, phényle doté de trifluorométhyle et nitro comme substituants, ou phényle doté d'alcoxy inférieur et de phénylthio comme substituants; R?13¿ représente hydrogène, alkyle inférieur éventuellement doté d'oxo, éthylènedioxy, alcanoyloxy inférieur, alcoxy inférieur, alkylthio inférieur, carboxy, halogéno ou thiényl comme substituants, alcényle inférieur, cycloalkyle, phényle éventuellement doté d'un à trois substituants choisis parmi alkyle inférieur, halogéno et alkoxy inférieur, furyle ou thiényle; R?14¿ représente hydrogène, carboxy, alcoxycarbonyle inférieur, nitro, halogéno ou alkyle inférieur doté d'alcoxycarbonyle inférieur ou d'un résidu de carboxylate de métal alcalin comme substituant(s); ou bien R?13¿ et R?14¿ peuvent être liés entre eux pour former ainsi alkylène inférieur; R?15¿ représente hydrogène, un métal alcalin, alkyle inférieur, phényle éventuellement doté d'un à trois substituants choisis parmi alkyle et alcoxy inférieurs, pyridyle éventuellement doté d'alkyle inférieur ou d'halogéno comme substituant(s), quinolyle ou isoquinolyle; et A représente une liaision simple ou alkylène inférieur.
