New analgesic compounds of the general formula II, (see formula II) which are prepared by the hydrolysis of N-acylated 4-hydroxyphenylamine derivatives, their synthesis and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are disclosed. These compounds surprisingly possess high analgesic activity with little hepatotoxic effect, making them more useful than conventional non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in the treatment of chronic pain.
La présente invention concerne des composés analgésiques élaborés par hydrolyse de dérivés 4-hydroxyphénylamine N-acétylés, leur synthèse, et des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant. Ces composés, qui font étonnamment preuve d'une activité analgésique élevée pour un faible effet hépatotoxique, sont de ce fait plus utiles que les anti-inflammatoire non-stéroïdiens (AINS) conventionnels pour le traitement de la douleur chronique.
