The invention concerns an analysis support comprising a plurality of oligonucleotides fixed on said support, characterised in that each of said oligonucleotides is marked with a fluorescent compound exhibiting a variation in fluorescence when each marked oligonucleotide is hybridized with a matching oligonucleotide. Such a support enable to perform biological target analysis, by measuring the variation in fluorescence for determine hybridization of the targets with the oligonucleotides of the support.
