The invention relates to an analytical system for determining an analyte in a body fluid, comprising a disposable integrated sample collection and analytical element which includes a lancing element (7) having a tip (15) for lancing the skin of a body part and a flat test strip (6) having a sample receiving zone (10) into which a body fluid sample is transferred to carry out an analysis. The sample receiving zone (10) of the test strip (6) is arranged on one of its flat faces (9) that configures a sample contact side (11). The lancing element (7) is arranged in parallel to the test strip (6) and can be moved during at least part of the lancing path relative to the test strip (6) on a movement path. The lancing element (7) is arranged adjacent to the sample contact side (11) of the test strip (6). It has a capillary channel (17) with a sample inlet (23) through which the body fluid can enter the capillary channel (17) after lancing, and a sample outlet (24) through which the body fluid can escape from the capillary channel (17). The movement of the lancing element (7) includes a sample transfer position in which the sample outlet (24) is adjacent to the sample receiving zone (10) of the test strip (6) in such a manner that the body fluid can be transferred from the capillary channel (17) through the sample outlet (24) to the sample receiving zone (10).
L'invention concerne un système d'analyse servant à la détermination d'un analyte dans un liquide corporel, présentant un élément de prélèvement d'échantillon et d'analyse intégré jetable, comprenant un élément de ponction (7) muni d'une aiguille (15) servant à faire une piqûre dans une partie du corps, et une bande test plane (6) ayant une zone de prise d'échantillon (10), dans laquelle un échantillon de liquide corporel est transféré en vue d'effectuer une analyse, et un appareil d'analyse réutilisable (2) comprenant une unité de couplage qui est agencée pour accoupler l'élément de prélèvement d'échantillon et d'analyse intégré avec un système d'entraînement permettant d'effectuer un mouvement de piqûre de l'élément de ponction (7), opération au cours de laquelle ledit élément est déplacé, en phase de poussée, sur un trajet en direction de la piqûre et, après avoir atteint un point de retour du mouvement de piqûre, est ramené, en phase de retour, à l'opposé de la direction de la piqûre. L'unité de mesure et d'évaluation (36) sert à la mesure d'un paramètre caractéristique pour la détermination de l'analyte, et à la détermination d'un résultat d'analyse souhaité sur la base de la mesure. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la zone de prise d'échantillon (10) de la bande test (6) est disposée sur l'une de ses faces planes (9) qui forme une face de contact (11) avec l'échantillon. L'élément de ponction (7) est disposé parallèlement à la bande test (6) et est déplaçable, par rapport à la bande test (6), le long d'un trajet de déplacement, pendant au moins une partie du trajet de piqûre. L'élément de ponction (7) est disposé au voisinage de la face de contact (11) d'échantillon de la bande test (6). Il présente un canal capillaire (17) doté d'une entrée d'échantillon (23) à travers laquelle le liquide corporel peut pénétrer dans ledit canal (17) après la piqûre, et d'une sortie d'échantillon (24), à travers laquelle le liquide corporel peut sortir dudit canal (17). Le trajet de déplacement de l'élément de ponction (7) comprend une position de transfert d'échantillon, dans laquelle la sortie d'échantillon (24) est adjacente à la zone de prélèvement d'échantillon (10) de la bande test (6) de façon que le liquide corporel puisse être transféré du canal capillaire (17), à travers la sortie d'échantillon (24), vers la zone de prise d'échantillon (10).
