The invention concerns an analyzer comprising (i) a dry process drying module (2), connected, via an inlet (3), to a gas sampling pipe; (ii) a compressor module (10) whereof the suction (9) is connected to an outlet (4) of the module (2) and the delivery (11) is extended by a conduit (12), provided with a primary indicator and/or regulator flowmeter (13); (iii) a diluting system comprising an air supply conduit (14), branch-mounted on the conduit (12) and equipped with a secondary flowmeter (17) regulating the opening of a valve (16) placed on the conduit (14), and a regulating module (18), automatically controlling the flowmeters (13) and (17); and (iv) an H2S measuring electrochemical sensor (21), mounted on the conduit (12), downstream of the conduit (14). The invention is applicable to H2S analyzers in a device for regulating air flow equipping an H2S sulphur oxidation reactor.
L'analyseur comporte (i) un module de séchage à sec (2), connecté, par une entrée (3), à une tubulure (5) d'échantillonnage du gaz, (ii) un module compresseur (10), dont l'aspiration (9) est reliée à une sortie (4) du module (2) et le refoulement (11) est prolongé par un conduit (12), muni d un débitmètre primaire indicateur et/ou régulateur (13), (iii) un système de dilution comportant un conduit (14) d'amenée d'air, monté en dérivation sur le conduit (12) et équipé d'un débitmètre secondaire régulateur (17) de l'ouverture d'une vanne (16) placée sur le conduit (14), et un module régulateur (18), asservissant les débitmètres (13 et 17), et (iv) un capteur électrochimique (21) de mesure d'H2S, monté sur le conduit (12), en aval du conduit (14). Application comme analyseur d'H2S dans un dispositif de régulation de débit d'air équipant un réacteur d oxydation d'H2S en soufre.
