An anatomic orthopedic mattress comprises the mattress retainer (a), the mattress that consists of a fixed part (b), holders (g) and movable parts, spring pins (d), a steel netting (1), a fabric cover and optionally resistance and a thermostat for heating. The pins (d) are moving retrogressively on the fixed part (b) of the mattress inside the holders (g), so as whenever a person lies on the mattress the latter automatically takes the shape of his/her body and distributes the weight of the body offering thus a comfortable and pleasant sleep.
