An anchor bolt with tapping and drilling functions added thereto and a tool for exclusive use of the bolt, the anchor bolt (2) comprising an anchor rod (10) and an anchor sleeve (15) having a slit (15s) formed at the tip thereof, wherein the anchor rod is pulled up so as to expand the tip part of the anchor sleeve to fix it to a structural body such as concrete, threads (15n) are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the anchor sleeve (15), and an engaging part engaged with an installation tool is provided at the base end parts of both the anchor rod and anchor sleeve, whereby both the anchor rod and the anchor sleeve are rotated by the installation tool so that the threads formed on the outer peripheral surface of the anchor sleeve are screwed into the inner peripheral surface of a prepared hole (30h) in the structural body while female threads are formed efficiently on the inner peripheral surface of the prepared hole in the structural body, and a drill blade is fixed to the tip of the anchor bolt so as to form a self-drilling anchor bolt; the installation tool being capable of screwing the anchor bolt and tightening a fixing nut merely by using that single tool, and also using it for extracting the anchor bolt.
Cette invention se rapporte à un boulon d'ancrage ayant des fonctions supplémentaires de taraudage et de perçage, ainsi qu'à un outil à utiliser exclusivement avec ce boulon. Ce boulon d'ancrage (2) comprend une tige d'ancrage (10) et un manchon d'ancrage (15) comportant une fente (15s) à son extrémité. La tige d'ancrage est mise en tension de façon à dilater la partie d'extrémité du manchon d'ancrage, pour le fixer à une structure, par exemple en béton. Des filetages (15n) sont formés sur la surface périphérique externe du manchon d'ancrage (15) et une partie avec prise, avec laquelle coopère l'outil de fixation, est prévue au niveau des parties terminales de base à la fois de la tige d'ancrage et du manchon d'ancrage. Ainsi, aussi bien la tige d'ancrage que le manchon d'ancrage sont mis en rotation par l'outil de fixation, pour que les filetages formés sur la surface périphérique externe du manchon d'ancrage soient vissés dans la surface périphérique interne d'un trou préalablement percé (30h) dans la structure en question, tandis que des filetages femelles sont ménagés efficacement sur la surface périphérique interne du trou préalablement percé dans la structure en question, et une lame de perçage est fixée à l'extrémité du boulon d'ancrage, afin de former un boulon d'ancrage à autopercement; l'outil de fixation étant capable de visser le boulon d'ancrage et de serrer un écrou de fixation simplement à l'aide de ce seul outil, lequel sert aussi à extraire le boulon d'ancrage.
