ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A ground anchor testing apparatus. The apparatus has a platform with a pulling device mounted generally in the center of the platform. The pulling device is preferably universally mounted on the platform. The pulling device is adapted to be detachably connected to the ground anchor to pull on it. Means are provided on one end of the platform for attaching the apparatus to a carrying vehicle such as a tractor. Prefe- rably, the platform is hinged to the attaching means and means are provided for raising or lowering the platform about the hinge. Support means are provided at the other end of the platform for supporting the platform on the ground during use.
