A self-centering wall anchor (10, 100) having an outwardly threaded hollow cylindrical body (101, 111) with a flanged proximal end and a cutting distal end. The hollow cylindrical body diminishes in diameter toward the distal cuting end (20, 110) in the form of a pointed dome with a pointed centering tip (22, 103) at the center axis of the anchor. An inner bore (14, 105) extends continuously from its opening at the proximal end of the anchor along the center axis of the cylindrical body to the centering tip at the distal end where it is partially closed because of the disposition of the centering tip at the center axis.

Un dispositif auto-centreur (10, 100) d'ancrage au mur comprend un corps cylindrique creux (101, 111), à filetage externe, doté d'une extrémité proximale à collerette et d'une extrémité distale coupante. Ce corps cylindrique creux présente un diamètre qui diminue vers cette extrémité distale coupante (20, 110) prenant la forme d'une pointe dotée d'un embout de centrage pointu (22, 103) placé dans l'axe central de cet ancrage. Un passage interne (14, 105) parcourt toute la longueur de cet ancrage, depuis son ouverture à l'extrémité proximale en suivant l'axe central du corps cylindrique jusqu'à l'embout de centrage de l'extrémité distale, où elle est partiellement obturée par la présence de cet embout de centrage dans l'axe central.
