The invention relates to a method for production of anchor tubes (1), for injection anchors with a static mixer (6), positionally fixed in the longitudinal direction, wherein starting from a preferably hot-rolled tube (2), at least one static mixer (6) is inserted in the tube drilling (3) and then a profile (13) is rolled into the outer surface (4) of the tube (2) eine Profilierung (13), with at least local cross-sectional reduction of the tube drilling and the static mixer (6) is located in the longitudinal direction as a result of the cross-sectional reduction. L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire des tubes d'ancrage (1) destinés à des éléments d'ancrage pour forage par injection, comportant un mélangeur statique (6) bloqué en position dans le sens longitudinal. Ce procédé consiste à introduire un mélangeur statique (6) dans l'orifice (3) d'un tube (2), de préférence laminé à chaud, puis à créer par laminage une zone profilée (13) dans la couche superficielle extérieure (4) du tube (2) tout en réduisant, au moins de manière localisée, la section transversale de l'orifice du tube, le mélangeur statique (6) étant bloqué en position dans le sens longitudinale sous l'effet de cette réduction de section transversale. L'objectif de l'invention est d'améliorer ce procédé. À cet effet, un élément de gainage (5), entourant au moins un segment longitudinal du mélangeur statique (6) dans l'orifice (3) du tube et présentant une dureté inférieure à celle du mélangeur statique (6), est introduit dans l'orifice de tube (3) avant la réalisation de la zone profilée (13). L'invention concerne également un tube d'ancrage, pouvant être produit selon ce procédé, destiné à des éléments d'ancrage pour forage par injection.
