An anchorage such as a tent peg comprises a hook (2) for attaching a guy rope (6), a tapered end (1), two or more spikes (4) remote from the tapered end (1) for inserting into the ground and a generally flat body (5) between the spikes (4) and the tapered end (1). The flat body (5) is designed to be easily stamped into the ground by foot and to lie flush with the ground during use. A finger hole (3) may be provided for easy removal of the anchorage from the ground after use.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ancrage, tel qu'un piquet de tente, comprenant un crochet (2) permettant de fixer un cordeau (6), une extrémité effilée (1), au moins deux pointes (4) éloignées de l'extrémité effilée (1) et destinées à être insérées dans le sol, ainsi qu'un corps généralement plat (5) situé entre les pointes (4) et l'extrémité effilée (1). Ce corps plat (5) est conçu de façon à ce que le dispositif puisse être facilement enfoncé dans le sol à l'aide du pied et de sorte que ledit corps plat (5) soit à ras du sol lors de l'utilisation. Le dispositif peut comporter un trou (3) permettant de le retirer facilement du sol à l'aide d'un doigt après utilisation.
