An ablation device having an anchoring member comprising a support structure an at least one anchor secured to the anchoring member Including an anchor deflection member surrounding and extending along the perimeter of the anchoring member. The anchor deflection member supports the anchoring member for sliding longitudianl movement to advance and retract a point on the anchor and defines a guide surface on the inside of the defelction member extending longitudinally to slidingly guide the cylindrical anchoring member. The defelction member comprising a deflection lip to deflect the point of the anchor when the anchor is advanced toward, in contact with and beyond the deflection lip.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ablation ayant un élément d'ancrage comprenant une structure de support et au moins un ancrage fixé sur l'élément d'ancrage, comprenant un élément de déformation d'ancrage entourant le périmètre de l'élément d'ancrage et s'étendant le long de celui-ci.
