The present invention provides a means for the operator to attach an anchoring point at the site of the work for collision repair which may then be removed with ease at the completion of the action of repair. Further, the present invention allows the operator to remove weld, or adherence, points as employed in the attachment of accessories for the purposes of repair. In providing facility for the systematic removal of said weld, or adherence, points, the present invention reduces setup and disassembly time for the operator thereby increasing productivity. Further, said systematized weld, or adherence, removal enhances safety for the operator in the measured application of associated forces.
