An anchoring element (1) which is intended to be screwed into a hole made in dentine comprises a threaded part with a conical portion (3) and also one or more recesses (5, 6, 7) in order to form a cutting edge (8, 9, 10) in each recess. Thread-tum parts (17-21) starting from each cutting edge are lowered vertically (f) at the rear where they merge with a relief surface (14, 15, 16) arranged at a distance from each cutting edge. The relief surface is arranged on the conical portion (3) where it extends essentially parallel to (coincides with) a plane (15) tangential to the conical portion (3).

L'invention porte sur un élément d'ancrage (1) se vissant dans une cavité pratiquée dans la dentine et comprenant une partie filetée présentant une portion conique (3) et également un ou plusieurs évidements (5, 6, 7) destiné à créer un bord tranchant (8, 9, 10) autour de chacun des évidements. Des parties de filet (17-21) partant de chacun des bords tranchants s'abaissent verticalement (f) à l'arrière où elles se fondent dans une surface en relief (14, 15, 16) disposée à distance de chacun des bords tranchants. La surface en relief se trouve sur la portion conique (3) où elle s'étend sensiblement parallèlement à un plan (15) (avec lequel elle coïncide) tangent à la partie conique (3).
