PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente demande a pour objet un dispositif d'ancrage d'une structure flottante de type offshore comportant un bras s'étendant entre un chapeau d'ancrage destiné à obturer une enceinte sous-marine ouverte à sa partie supérieure, et ladite structure flottante, ledit bras étant articulé à chaque extrémité pour pivoter autour d'un axe horizontal solidaire du chapeau d'ancrage et autour d'un axe horizontal solidaire de la structure flottante, ledit chapeau d'ancrage étant suscep- tible de pivoter à l'ancrage autour d'un axe vertical. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen amortisseur obtenu d'une part, par la division du bras en une partie supérieure et une partie inférieure, raccordées entre elles par un axe horizontal de façon que ledit bras soit ainsi articulé et, d'autre part, du fait que l'extrémité supérieure de la partie inférieure du bras articule comporte un flotteur de grande capacité, est interposé entre lesdits axes.
