Substituted phenylalanines are provided comprising an hydantoin, urea or 2- hydroxyl, 2-methylpropionyl group, dimers thereof and alkyl, polyfluoroamido and haloarylamino derivatives thereof, as well as radiolabeled derivatives thereof. The compounds bind specifically to the androgen receptor and find use in indications associated with the androgen receptor, such as cell hyperplasia dependent on androgens, hirsutism, acne and androgenetic alopecia.

L'invention concerne des phénylalanines substitués renfermant une hydantoïne, de l'urée ou un groupe 2-hydroxyle, 2-méthylpropionyle, des dimères de ces derniers et des dérivés alkyle, polyfluoroamido et haloarylamino de ces derniers, ainsi que des dérivés radiomarqués de ces derniers. Les composés se lient spécifiquement au récepteur androgène et sont utiles dans des indications associées au récepteur androgène, tel que l'hyperplasie cellulaire dépendante des androgènes, l'hirsutisme, l'acné et l'alopécie androgénétique.
