A grade control apparatus for display set used in tapestry, includes a fixed bracket installed on a all or a supporting frame, a equipment fixed bracket installed on the back surface of the grade control apparatus for display set used in tapestry, wherein lower ends of the fixed bracket and the equipment axed bracket are rotatably connected each other; an angle continuous adjustable mechanism having a predetermined rotational moment of resistance, one end of which is rotatably connected to the fixed racked and the other end is rotatably connected to the equipment fixed bracket; a balance tension spring, one end of which is connected to the fix bracket and the other end is connected to the equipment fixed bracket. When the apparatus is adopted, it is realized that angle of the grade control apparatus for display set used in tapestry is accurately adjusted according to requirement of a user without discharging the grade control apparatus for display set used in tapestry by only directly applying a small force to the display set used in tapestry or the grade control apparatus.
