In an angular velocity sensor device, a vibration isolation member, a sensor support plate on which a tuning fork unit functioning as a vibrating type angular velocity sensor is mounted, a collar, a circuit board on which a circuit pattern is formed for driving the tuning fork unit and processing a signal output therefrom are provided by having a plurality of pins inserted, in this order, which extend from the bottom surface of a concave-shaped case. The circuit pattern and the tuning fork unit are connected with each other via a flexible printed circuit board. These components are accommodated inside the concave-shaped case. A cover is fitted in an open top of the case so as to completely seal the case. The angular velocity sensor device with the aforementioned arrangement does not suffer variation in the operational properties due to disturbance vibration and deterioration in the vibration isolation property. In addition, adverse effects of moisture and corrosive gas in the atmosphere on the operational properties are prevented, since air is prevented from entering the inside of the case.
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de détection de vitesse angulaire comportant un isolateur de vibrations, une plaque de fixation supportant un diapason utilisé comme capteur de vitesse angulaire de type vibrant, un collier, une plaquette de circuits imprimés servant à commander le fonctionnement du diapason ainsi que la production de signaux de sortie, et à travers laquelle une pluralité de broches de connexion sont insérées dans un ordre déterminé depuis la surface inférieure d'un boîtier de forme concave. Les circuits et le diapason sont interconnectés par l'intermédiaire d'une plaquette de circuits imprimés flexible. Ces composants sont logés à l'intérieur du boîtier de forme concave. Un couvercle ferme la partie supérieure du boîtier pour en assurer la complète étanchéité. Le dispositif de détection de vitesse angulaire en question est à l'abri de toute variation de ses propriétés opérationnelles qui pourraient découler de vibrations parasites, et de la détérioration des propriétés de son isolateur de vibrations. En outre, les effets adverses de l'humidité et des gaz corrosifs présents dans l'atmosphère ne peuvent altérer les propriétés opérationnelles du dispositif en question en raison de l'étanchéité de son boîtier.
